Product works great, now just use the noise/ music option and both dogs fall right in line. Customer service was great with help adding the second collar to the transmitter. Highly recommend
I'm a pet dog owner/trainer. Great upgrade. Finally no more rubber dial that breaks. Love that I can use Stim, tone, and vib on 2 dogs at the same time. I still wish the collar came from factory on low and not medium, this is a problem for pet owners and I spend a lot of time teaching how to Chang that. Overall great upgrade
Stubborn golden retriever would run through our underground wire. Was very frustrating. This has made an immediate difference and he obeys. He was a little traumatized the first day, but got over it quickly. Collar battery life is about 2 days, much shorter than remote so make sure you charge it nightly and put the button to turn it back on after charged, it automatically turns off when charging.
I bought 2 collars and 1 remote for my lab and terrier mix. My terrier mix is very prey driven and will do anything to get out of the yard. Greeting the neighbors at 11pm isn't exactly what I want to deal with. So I got these collars and trained both dogs in 3 days. I have since removed the fence and have both dogs running free with complete control all from the remote! I also watched lots of helpful training videos of your website!
I like the position of the buttons, the long lasting battery, on/off on the collar and the highly visible color. I also like the range of stimulations. My dog reacts to 1-3!
This product allows our dog the opportunity to roam, sniff, run and pretty much the freedom to be what her nature is. Very happy we decided to try this system.
Purchased the SportTrainer 575 and an extra collar. Great product period. Transmitter display is easy to read and buttons are very sound. Not cheap membrane buttons like competitors. This is my second e-collar from Sportdog and that was great as well.
Finally purchased this collar on the recommendation of a friend who has one for his pup. We were concerned perhaps our 17 month old golden retriever might be too old to learn appropriate behaviors. Thank goodness we were wrong. He’s coming along fabulously, now walking off leash and learning not to dig in the yard.
