I bought a replacement collar and I purchased the wrong one. I emailed customer service about getting a replacement and they responded promptly and had me send the wrong collar back and shipped a new one.
I am beyond happy with the customer service I received! Just a week after receiving my collar it broke. My rep didn’t know my back story but my husband is currently deployed so I’m staying with my sister and these collars are very important to have! Add to it I couldn’t afford another one at that moment since I just moved 6 states away! So without many questions my rep ordered me a new one! Seriously made my month!
