This battery works fine. Shipping was fast. It is difficult from website to know which battery you need. I had to ask. It's installed now and I'm up and running.

Kits included everything you need to change out the batteries. Now if I can just find the charger.

Purchased a new battery for transmitter. Arrived very quickly, contained screw driver and new gasket to make it a breeze.

After 10 years the battery in one of my shock collars went dead. Tried to find one at local battery dealer and online to no avail. Should have gone to source first! I contacted them with the info via email and I got a very quick response - less than 24 hours saying they absolutely could help me with a new battery about $30. It was hard to complain about the price when the system has worked perfectly well for 10 years with no other cost till now. It was mailed quickly and installed, charged and we are back in service! Used the 1825 since the day they came out. Finally need a transmitter battery after all this time.
